Reporting to the Lead Process Engineer this role will be responsible for assisting in design development primarily for upstream process studies and interfaces with the topside. This will include reviewing process related documentation issued by vendors and contractors, coordinating IPM (Integrated Production Modelling) work across multiple disciplines in the project team, performing flow assurance simulations and calculations to assist in reviewing work performed by others and to develop process basis of design, coordinating process interfaces between upstream and topside, and participating in project engineering reviews related to process safety.

The role requires a Degree qualified Engineer with 5-10 years process engineering (flow assurance) experience including hands-on experience performing flow assurance simulations and calculations and experience running IPM tools. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate with JV partners, vendors, and deliver presentations. This role requires someone with a good knowledge of issues associated interfacing reservoirs and topsides.

Our client, an International Oil & Gas Operator is currently recruiting for an Enterprise Contracts and Procurement Manager, based in Perth and reporting to the Director Business Strategy and Governance. The role:The primary function of this employee position is to provide contracts and procurement management direction and business executive support for the organisation in Australia and its subsidiary companies and projects. Overseeing a small team, this will include the development, maintenance and management of a contracts and procurement function. Key responsibilities include:

Develop, implement and maintain a framework of Contracts and Procurement (C&P) standards and procedures for the organisations activities in Australia
Ensure risk management compliance with corporate governance requirements for C&P risk
Provide assurance to the corporate business committee on C&P management process and internal control framework
Ensure C&P business risks are identified, reported and escalated. Provide reports to the Board on C&P risk management performance
Provide C&P expert advice to the executive and business unit, functional and project leads
Assure conformance with Australia C&P management standard and process
Build C&P management maturity and capability
Develop C&P management database and applications, provide system global administration and assure integrity of C&P information

Key skills and experience include:

Post graduate qualification in business and contracts management or similar
Significant demonstrated experience in contracts and procurement management at a leadership level in particular in developing and implementing organisation-wide contract and procurement management frameworks and functional capability
Extensive experience in integrating planning, risk and assurance, C&P frameworks and processes, and developing effective internal C&P control frameworks
Comprehensive experience in building and maintaining C&P management systems to manage organisation C&P information
Proven leadership skills to head up a C&P function that has functional oversight of all of the Organisation in Australia activities

This role is responsible for the materials coordination for the onshore and offshore logistics whilst complying with all Safety, Environmental Management plans and legislative requirements.

You will have prior experience dealing with a variety of documentation, inventory and interface between various stakeholders. Offshore logistics experience in the oil and gas industry and 5 -1o years in a similar role is essential. This position is based offshore working 12 hour shifts.

Logistics Business Analyst

Located in Perth, this role is responsible for supporting the Logistics and Supply Chain Management teams. You will be involved in all aspects of the logistics project with a specific focus on detailed analysis, technical reporting and data integrity.

Due to our clients continued growth, they now require the services of an experienced Senior Project Engineer Subsea Tie-ins to join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages installation contractor technical scope related to subsea tie-ins and technical interface to satisfy installation contractors information requirements.
Assist with management of the tie-ins installation Contractor.
Ensure Project Management plans and specifications through the review of contractors documentation & information required by the contract.
Review contractors documentation for load out, transport and installation of spool pieces and associated additions
Coordinate in weekly and monthly Contractor progress meetings and inter-discipline meetings
Coordinate technical responses to design, procurement, fabrication and construction queries
Provide technical input in the management of change in the contract
Conduct site visits anticipated during material delivery, fabrication, equipment preparation and pre mobilisation phases
Manage the offshore engagement and deployment of the SEV and pre commissioning contractor
Supervise the package offshore execution phase
coordinate logistics for the various packages

QUALFICIATIONS

Degree qualified Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent and practical field experience in offshore construction.
Min 10 years experience in oil & gas offshore installation projects.
Background in the fabrication and installation of spool pieces with RIT based horizontal connectors.

Due to our clients continued growth, they now require the services of an experienced Lead Umbilical Supply Package Engineer to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the subsea umbilicals and onshore tubes & cables work package with the umbilical supplier. Assuring the contractors work meets project technical, schedule and cost requirements, with continuous focus on safety.
Oversee contractor for umbilical design, manufacture, assembly, testing, inspection, storage and delivery.
Take the lead role in ensuring OE principals are implemented into the Subsea Umbilical and Onshore Tubes & Cable Supply.
Ensure the contractor and it sub suppliers adhere to approved quality plans and processes for the delivery of umbilicals.
Ensure cross functional alignment through proactive interface management with SEV, offshore umbilical installation, rock dumping, trenching and onshore cable and tube laying contractors.

Qualifications

10yrs experience in detailed design, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing, preservation, storage, load out and installation of subsea umbilicals, onshore tubes & cables and associated hardware.
Experience at overseeing the execution of large, complex subsea umbilicals scopes of work with umbilical suppliers, assuring all standards are met
Experience managing the subsea umbilical contract scope, technical coordination of subsea activities, engineering and interface resolution. Knowledge of subsea equipment vendor umbilical termination assemblies.
Team work, communication and pro-active interface management skills and demonstrated IIF and HSE culture.
